SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT:
These general terms and conditions of purchase apply to the sale of all products on our
website to consumers within Europe (Euro currency). Customers must be of legal age
(+18 years). The company reserves the right to cancel a customer's access account if
fraudulent, speculative, or bad faith activities are detected in the use of this service.
PURCHASE LIMIT:
Purchases exceeding €3000 are not allowed for security reasons.
PAYMENT METHOD:
Purchases can be paid for using the following methods:
Debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD).
PayPal.
Bank transfer (shipment will not be made until the payment is reflected in the
bank).
Payment providers or issuers may implement anti-fraud measures that could result in
the rejection of certain transactions. The company is not responsible for the
application of these security policies.
PRICE:
The prices of the products listed include VAT (Value Added Tax), IGIC (General Indirect
Canarian Tax), or IPSI (Tax on Production, Services, and Importation in Ceuta and
Melilla), as applicable. Discounts and rebates may apply. Prices may vary according to
the VAT rates established by law.
DELIVERY:
Shipments will be made on working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 p.m.
will be sent the next working day. The delivery time for orders can vary between 48 to
72 working hours, with a maximum period of 7 working days, provided the stock is
available in our warehouse and/or the purchases are made to order (which may delay
the delivery slightly, in which case the customer will be notified).
In the event of not receiving the product, you can contact us to proceed with the claim.

Standard shipping: The customer must pay the shipping costs for purchases under
€100 in mainland Spain and €150 for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta,
and Melilla.
For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must also pay customs duties
and taxes generated by the order. These charges are payable upon receipt of the
order and are not included in the price paid for the products.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must also pay customs
management fees generated by the order and the AIEM, regardless of the order
amount. Additionally, for orders with a PVP over €250, the customer must pay the
corresponding tax. These charges are payable upon receipt of the order and are
not included in the price paid for the products.
The product will be sent to the address provided by the customer. If delivery cannot be
made, a notice will be left to collect the package at the local transport office, where it
will remain for a maximum of 14 days. After this period, if the delivery or collection has
not been made, it will be returned to the central office.
To recover returned orders, the customer will be responsible for the charges and costs
incurred for reshipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship to most European countries except Israel (due to logistical issues). Shipments
can be made to several countries outside Europe (it is recommended to check with
customer service).
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination and
weight of the package.
Taxes and Duties:
Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees of the destination
country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and will
be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of
receiving the product, without needing to justify their decision. To exercise the right of
withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision through a clear statement
(e.g., a letter sent by post or email). The withdrawal period will be considered
respected if the communication is sent before the end of the period.
Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is
defective or does not correspond to what was ordered. In such cases, we will cover the
return costs. The refund of the product price and initial shipping costs will be made
within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The refund will
be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise
agreed.
International Returns:

Due to the complexities associated with international shipments, we do not accept
returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Europe, except in the case of
defective products or incorrect shipments. If the received product is defective or does
not correspond to what was ordered, we will cover the return costs and refund the
product price, including shipping costs. The customer must inform us of any issues with
the product within a reasonable time from its receipt.
PRODUCT WARRANTY:
The warranty offered is established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16
November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of
Consumers and Users. The company will be responsible for non-conformities that
become apparent within two years from delivery.
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. The warranty may not cover
damage caused by improper maintenance, such as not following washing and care
instructions.

Customer Service will respond to your claim as soon as possible, and in any case,
within a maximum period of one month.
MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
The company reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of
Purchase at any time. No modification will affect orders already in progress.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The company's performance of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the
event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. These
include, but are not limited to, war, riots, insurrections, social unrest, strikes of any
kind, and supply issues not attributable to the company. The company will inform the
customer of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days of its
occurrence. If the suspension extends beyond fifteen days, the customer may then
cancel the order in progress and a refund will be processed under the conditions
outlined in the Exchange and Return section.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law.
Notwithstanding the above, non-resident consumers in Spain are also guaranteed the
protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they
have their habitual residence. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of
conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Madrid
(Spain).
