We founded Wellbeinn to bring professional recovery to your living room. Pressotherapy has been with me all these years, and we want that experience to be accessible to everyone.
About Carlos
I’m from La Coruña. At 14, I moved 601 kilometers from home to chase my basketball dream. It didn’t go as I wanted, at least not then, but I learned something that has helped me in everything else: consistency gives you more than talent.
I ended up being captain of the Spanish 3×3 Basketball Team and World Champion. But what the medals don’t show are the years of training with chronic pain, the panic attacks at 17 before stepping onto the court, and the projects I closed before they succeeded. I’m not just a lucky athlete: I’m someone who has fallen many times and found a way to get back up.
As a high-performance athlete, pressotherapy has been part of my routine for years. With consistency, you notice less heaviness and a faster return to your routine. The difference is huge, and it seemed unfair that only those of us competing professionally had access to it.
That’s why I co-founded Wellbeinn with Miguel Ortín. The idea was to bring the recovery methods used by professional athletes to your living room. Easy, safe, and hassle-free. I’m 30 years old and have already started 7 companies in the sports world. Not because I’m very smart, but because I’m passionate.
