About Caetano

At 27 years old with 7 years of physiotherapy experience, Caetano combines deep knowledge of the body with the vision of someone who understands business and people.

His career took him to work abroad for two years. In Vietnam, he worked as a physiotherapist for professional sports teams, supporting high-level athletes in their recovery and performance. Then he spent a full year in Australia, expanding his training in a different health system and sports culture. That international experience gave him something you can’t learn in just one place: the ability to view each case from multiple angles and treat the patient as a whole, not just as an isolated injury.

He currently leads Wellbeinn’s commercial strategy as Commercial Director, heading the project since the start of its online expansion. His training as a physiotherapist is also a guarantee for the customer: he knows each product inside out and participates in its development to adapt it to the real needs of those who will use it. He doesn’t sell what he doesn’t understand; he recommends what he knows works.

With specific experience in neurological physiotherapy, Caetano also leads the development and expansion of Wellbeinn’s exoskeleton line, a project where his clinical expertise and business vision come together to bring rehabilitation technology to more people.
