It's recommended to take it daily, rest days included, at the dose shown on the packaging.
Which protein flavor can I choose?
Chocolate, vanilla or cookies: choose it in the pack selector.
How often can I use pressotherapy?
You can use it daily in 20 to 30 minute sessions. If you have a circulatory condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor first.
What does the Balance scale measure?
Weight, body fat, muscle and bone mass, water, basal metabolism and metabolic age, among other metrics, synced in the app.
Why is the pack better value?
