How do I check my progress?
In Wellbeinn Mate, you can review your history and data trends over time.
How do baby and pet modes work?
First, record your weight. Then weigh yourself again while holding your baby or pet, following the instructions for the corresponding mode. These modes allow you to calculate their weight.
How do I compare my measurements?
Use a firm, flat surface and follow Balance’s usage instructions. Try to measure under similar conditions so the history is easier to compare.
Are body composition figures accurate?
These are estimates obtained through bioimpedance. Balance is a wellness device, and its data do not replace a professional assessment.
Why does the scale only show weight and BMI?
Weight and BMI only appear when you weigh yourself wearing socks or shoes, or before the app has synced. Step on barefoot with the app open nearby to get your complete body composition.
