Delete your Wellbeinn Mate account

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

From the app (recommended)

  1. Open Wellbeinn Mate on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → My account.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Deletion permanently removes your account and all data linked to it.

If you cannot access the app

Write to us from the email address associated with your account at privacy@wellbeinn.com indicating that you wish to delete your account. We will use your email to verify your identity and process the request.

Which data is deleted

  • Account and identity data: name, email, password, and profile picture (if added).
  • Health and device data: heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV/RMSSD), SpO₂, sleep, activity, skin temperature, and derived indicators (recovery, vitality, sleep quality, etc.).
  • Pairings with your Wellbeinn V8 band and associated identifiers.

Timeframes

  • After your unsubscribe request, data is deleted within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
  • Technical and access logs are kept for 12 months for security and service integrity reasons (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR), and are then deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
