Who is it for

Release tension wherever and whenever you need

Percussion guns, foam rollers and vibration balls. Each device covers a different recovery and mobility need.

Athletes · Recovery

Pre-workout gun to activate muscles and post-workout to release trigger points. Roller and ball for myofascial release and daily mobility.

Office · Back and Neck

Hours sitting create tightness and stiffness. The gun with heated head (BE IN 02) relieves neck tension and the peanut ball unlocks the thoracic area.

Physios · Trainers

Working tools for clinic or field treatment. Different heads and intensities to adapt to each patient and each muscle group.

Combo · Post-Pressotherapy

After a pressotherapy session, the percussion gun focused on specific overload points maximises recovery and accelerates return to activity.

The technology behind

Percussion, vibration and thermotherapy

Three complementary mechanisms of action working on different layers of muscle and fascial tissue.

Percussion
Percussive Therapy · Deep Layer Rapid, repetitive strikes (up to 3,200/min) that penetrate deep into muscle tissue. Deactivate trigger points, increase local blood flow and reduce excessive muscle tone. The percussion amplitude determines the treatment depth.
Cold + Heat
Integrated Thermotherapy · BE IN 02 Exclusive The BE IN 02 head alternates between cold and heat during percussion. Heat dilates vessels, relaxes and prepares the muscle. Cold contracts, reduces inflammation and relieves acute pain. Combined with percussion, they triple the effectiveness of localised treatment.
Vibration
Myofascial Release · Rollers and Balls Vibration combined with body pressure acts on the fascia — the connective tissue wrapping each muscle. The roller works large areas (back, quads, hamstrings), the ball targets specific points (feet, glutes) and the peanut adapts to the spine without pressing on the spinous processes.
Usage protocol

How to use each device

Pre-workout · Activation
Gun · 30 sec/muscle group · low speed · flat head
Rollinn · 2 min · back and legs
Post-workout · Recovery
Gun · 60-90 sec/group · medium-high speed · ball head
Rollinn Ball · feet soles · glutes · trigger points
Office · End of day
BE IN 02 · heated head · traps and neck · 60 sec
Rollinn Peanut · spine · 3-5 min lying down
Important tip
Never apply the gun directly on bones, joints or spine. Always move the gun slowly over the muscle belly. For the spine, use the Rollinn Peanut which fits on both sides of the vertebrae without pressing on the spinous processes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about percussion and vibration

Both are deep percussion guns, but the BE IN 02 incorporates cold and heat therapy in the head itself — something the BE IN 01 doesn't have. The BE IN 02 also includes 6 heads (vs. 4 on the BE IN 01) and 6 speeds (vs. 5). If you only want percussion without thermotherapy, the BE IN 01 is excellent and more affordable (€94.95). If you want the complete experience with integrated cold and heat, the BE IN 02 (€145) is the choice.

The general rule is 30 seconds per muscle group for pre-workout activation (low-medium speed) and 60-90 seconds for post-workout recovery (medium-high speed). On specific trigger points, hold 15-20 seconds with constant pressure and low speed. Never exceed 2 minutes on the same area. A full-body session lasts between 10-15 minutes.

They're complementary. The gun is precise: it goes directly to the pain point, the muscle knot, the specific trigger point. The foam roller is global: it works large fascial areas (entire back, quads, hamstrings) with your own body weight. Ideally, use the roller first to release general fascia, then the gun to target specific points that resist. The ball and peanut sit between the two: more precise than the roller but with myofascial release through pressure rather than percussion.

The BE IN 02 thermal head lets you alternate between heat and cold during the percussion session. Heat (before and during) dilates blood vessels, relaxes muscle fibres and prepares tissue for deeper percussion — ideal for chronic tightness and stiffness. Cold (after) contracts vessels, reduces local inflammation and relieves acute pain — perfect for recent overloads and inflamed areas. No need for two devices: one gun covers percussion + thermotherapy.

It depends on the type and phase of the injury. For mild muscle overloads and contractures, the gun can help relieve tension when used at low speed and gentle pressure. However, never apply the gun directly on: fractures, acute sprains, severe inflammation, recent bruising, areas with pinched nerves or bony prominences. If you have a diagnosed injury, consult your physiotherapist before using it. The gun is a recovery tool, not a substitute for professional diagnosis.

The Rollinn Recovery Pack (€149.95) includes all three vibration devices: the Rollinn (foam roller for back, quads and hamstrings), the Rollinn Ball (vibrating ball for feet, glutes and specific trigger points) and the Rollinn Peanut (double ball for spine without pressing on the spinous processes). All three devices together cover the entire body and every level of myofascial release — from global to localised. Bought separately, they would cost more, so the pack offers better value for those who want the complete vibration ecosystem.
